One of our favorite regular events, the Fiber Art Hive is all about playing with fluffy stuff! Whether you love wool, yarn, weaving, or felting, this gathering is for fiber enthusiasts of all skill levels and for those who just enjoy working with touchy feely textiles of all kinds.

This month’s featured project: Nature Weaving

Celebrate the full embrace of spring colors and textures with these unique branch weavings. Take a walk on one of those warm sunny days and look on the ground for a forked branch. Bring it along to the Hive and get inspired to create an expressive weaving with a variety of materials and techniques. Feel free to bring materials to share and your own tricks and techniques for awesome woven structures.

All types of creative projects are welcome at each of our Art Hives! Always feel free to bring something you’re working on, or use the materials in our studio to make something new. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to accommodate your creative journey.
