You’ve heard of a Sewing Bee? Now there’s a Fiber Art Hive! A community space for all to gather and share the joy of creating with yarn, textiles, wool, paper, and so much more. Bring a project to work on or engage with our monthly project. Materials and tools are available for all to use and we invite sharing, too!

This month’s special project will feature dyeing with drink mix. Oh, yah! Create some Kool dyed yarn or fabric with the Aid of this powdery stuff. We’ll have Cherry and Black Cherry flavors to play with and some wool yarn, but feel free to vbring your own flavors to try on protein fibers like wool or silk.

The Art Equals Hive is a free, community-powered space that values creativity and connection. We welcome participants of every age, ability, and background to engage with creative play, work on your own project, explore with our studio supplies, or learn from other artists.  We believe that creating together empowers us to make meaningful change in ourselves and our communities.
